NOTE TO NEIGHBORHOOD: NCA is in the process of finalizing efforts to merge with Nottingham Section 4. We previously voted to do the merger and now we need to vote to complete the merger.
We will be holding a special meeting for this purpose at 6 PM on April 9, 2026, at Memorial West Community Club. Please mark your calendars and plan to attend if you would like to vote in person. However, you don't have to come to the meeting as there are multiple ways to vote:
Online via Election Buddy (preferred method). Notices with individual links will be coming via email and SMS later today.
Paper ballots: In-person or by mail with a paper ballot (attached here and will be mailed to your home address). These can be mailed to Crest or returned to any board member.
Via proxy (attached here and will be mailed to your home address). These can be mailed to Crest or returned to any board member.
We request that you review the merger documents which can be reviewed at the following links: Plan of Merger, Amended Deed Restrictions, Amendments to Articles of Incorporation, and Amended Bylaws. (These links will be active shortly once the final versions are ready).
The Nottingham Civic Association (“NCA”) is the homeowners association for the Nottingham neighborhood located near the intersection of Kirkwood and Memorial in Houston, Texas.
The NCA uses Crest Management as a management company to oversee various financial and governance services on behalf of the NCA. The Crest website can be found here, and we encourage all residents to bookmark this site. NCA fees may be paid to Crest and questions regarding governance issues may also be directed to Crest as well.
