Eric Herpin
Eric joined the Board in 2015, and is currently its President. Eric handles general “customer service” and maintenance issues and, just recently, became a member of the Architectural Committee. Eric and his wife, Anne-Marie, moved into Nottingham in 1991. Eric is owned by two black labs, Junior and Jazzy, who take him for countless walks through the neighborhood, come rain or shine.

Anna Marchand
Anna has been a member of the NCA board since 2017, and she assists people interested in nonresident memberships. Anna grew up in the area and attended Rummel Creek Elementary, Memorial Middle School and Stratford High School. Anna moved into Nottingham in 2013, and she and her husband, Jason, have two children.

Scott Miller
Scott has been a member of the NCA board since 2019. Scott is also a representative to the Memorial West Community Center and can help answer questions related to the pool, tennis courts and clubhouse. Scott and his wife, Ashley, have two sons, Owen and Evan.

David Quackenbush
David Quackenbush joined the board in 2022. He was previously on the board and assisted with the incorporation of MWCC into NMF as well as the revision to the deed restrictions that created the architectural committee. He and his wife, Mary Kay, moved into Nottingham in 1998 and have two grown daughters. He grew up in the area attending Wilchester, Westchester Jr. High, and Westchester High School.
