Community Arranged Services
Trash and Recycling
Texas Pride provides private trash disposal service to the NCA. Trash pick up days are on Tuesdays and Fridays. Recycling service is on Tuesday and recycling bins should be placed curbside. Please place recyclables dry, clean and loose in your recycling container and do not bag your recyclables. The recycling program includes paper, plastic, metal and glass products, and you can find more information about what may be recycled at Texas Pride’s website. If a resident has concerns about the trash service, Texas Pride can be contacted directly at (281) 342-8178.
Constable
The NCA shares the cost with surrounding community associations for the neighborhood to receive patrol service from the Harris County constable’s office (Precinct 5). Incidents may be reported to the constable and the phone number is (281) 463-6666
Maintenance Services
Texas Aquatic Enterprises provides year-round service to the recreation and lap pools at MWCC. Pools chemical levels are treated on Mondays, as such both pools are closed on Monday.
Rusticscapes provides landscaping services on a year-round basis for Nottingham sections 1-4 and Nottingham West.
Excalibur Mosquito Control provides street mosquito fogging services to the NCA. Service is provided once a week beginning in April and continuing through the first week of November.
Community Management
Crest Management provides management services for NCA. Crest provides accounting, financial management, deed restriction application processing, and contract management for the community. They also handle inquiries about association dues owed, board meeting minutes, and real estate title transaction requests. Our neighborhood manager is Jessica Loving.
Crest provides a homeowner portal to each house. Information on accessing this portal can be found here.
